I am honored to be a therapist because I am constantly reminded of the strength and beauty of humanity. I witness my clients practice the art of healing through the ups and downs with compassion. I love working with clients not only on thoughts, feelings, behaviors, patterns, and symptoms but also somatically. Working holistically, including all of you in sessions: mind, body, and even spirit is a passion of mine but of course not a requirement.
