You may look like you’re holding everything together — but inside, you feel overwhelmed, alone, or quietly struggling. Many of the women I work with are navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum changes, or a major life transition and can’t quite recognize themselves anymore. I specialize in supporting women through these tender seasons, helping them process anxiety, grief, shame, identity shifts, and emotional burnout with compassion and clarity. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain or minimize what you’re carrying. I bring a unique perspective as both a licensed marriage and family therapist and a registered nurse, allowing me to hold emotional experiences with depth, steadiness, and practicality. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
