I'm an LCSW in NY and CO, and am honored to be a therapist. Being brave to make this call and then to try to grow, are brave first steps. I believe you CAN change your life....if you have the will and desire to do so. Taking good care of your emotional well-being is almost as important as your body. I can be a guide to help you reach your goals. I practice what I preach. I want to hear you and create safety. Often, this is the beginning of what is missing in relationships.
