I am Chana Shepherd, a proud mom to two incredible boys who are the heart of my world. My journey into the mental health field is deeply personal, rooted in both my passion for empowering others and my own experience of being transformed through therapy. From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a psychotherapist. Life eventually led me down that path, and today, I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges.
