I like to work with trauma, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, addictions, and behavior modification. I use different modalities to help with communication skills, self esteem, and behavior changes. Therapy is a journey and I hope for all my clients to receive the best therapy I can provide. If questions are asked I will provide the best answer possible. I look forward to working with all those who are interested. I use interpersonal therapy as well as cognitive behavior therapy to look at how individuals might have barriers. Then working on those barriers so clients can feel more at ease in their day to day life.
