I believe therapy is a path to self-discovery and a resource that supports growth and well-being. As a therapist, I would like to be a resource for my clients by helping them develop new insights and tools to enhance their emotional regulation, encourage authentic self-expression, and nurture healthy relationships. I approach each client with the understanding that we are all unique, shaped by our life experiences. I am dedicated to offering my clients a welcoming and nonjudgmental setting—a secure space in which they can address the challenges that may hinder them from achieving the life they aspire to live.
