I became a therapist because I deeply believe in the power of being seen. As an Associate Clinical Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of helping teens, women, & young adults reconnect with themselves in moments when life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. My style is collaborative, rooted in empathy. My approach to connecting with my Clients is to meet them where they are while walking alongside them in their therapeutic process in a judgment-free space. I’m especially passionate about serving BIPOC communities, young women, & those navigating cultural or generational stress. Healing is possible, and it begins with being heard.
