I work with children and adults navigating trauma, transitions, and life experiences that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or an adult making sense of your own story, my role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you heal. I believe therapy is a sacred space where your experiences are honored, your pace is respected, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Healing happens through safety, connection, compassion, and being truly seen, not through pressure or perfection, but through relationship.
