We are a small group of independent therapists who have joined together to assist you in gaining empowerment and making decisions aligned with your authentic self. Some of us come with a desire to end deep emotional suffering, others to resolve issues in life whether it is work/school related, family dynamics, or difficulties with interpersonal relationships. Others turn to therapy out of wanting to have a deeper understanding of ourselves and our engagement in repetitive behaviors and viscous cycles that keep us stuck in old patterns, “dysfunctional comfort”.
