We strive to make therapy less intimidating and see it as part of overall wellness—just like your physical health. If life feels heavy, relationships complicated, or emotions hard to manage, you’re not alone. At Changing Tides Counseling, there’s no judgment here, we all go through things. We’re a smaller group practice built on warmth, authenticity, and care. Our therapists are real people who get it. We're down-to-earth, trauma-informed, affirming of all identities and experiences.
