Hi, my name is Chantae. I am excited to have the opportunity to connect. I believe that every person holds the capacity to rise no matter what challenges they’ve faced. My work centers on helping teens, young adults, parents, and veterans navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity development, emotional struggles, grief, and moments of uncertainty with compassion, courage, and curiosity. At the heart of my work is a belief in resilience, the understanding that growth often emerges from adversity, and that each person has the ability to transform struggle into strength.
