Maybe you’re wondering, “Do I really need help?” or there’s a quiet voice saying, “Something must be broken in me.” I hear you. I've been there. But healing doesn’t mean something is broken and it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. From where I sit, therapy isn’t about fixing. It’s about exploring who you are today while making space to grow tomorrow. It’s a place to get curious about your thoughts, patterns, identity, and how you want to show up in the world.
