As a proponent of evidence-based practices, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to name a few, and strive to utilize evidenced based theories when treating my clients. This training has enabled me to effectively employ techniques in counseling sessions, helping clients understand and re-frame their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My counseling approach is characterized by empathy, active listening, and a collaborative mindset, in which I tailor strategies that align with clients' unique needs and goals.
