Hi, I’m Chantell Prestcott-Hollander, a licensed clinical therapist, trauma specialist, and founder of The StrongHER Initiative, where I primarily work with women through therapeutic service, education, and self-defense. I specialize in women's issues, particularly mood disorders and trauma recovery. I understand that others may see you as accomplished and driven; internally you may feel like you’re not enough. The constant inner critic can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. My mission is to help you heal, quiet your inner critic, and reconnect with the life you’ve worked so hard to create.
