In my career as a Mental health provider, I have gained experience in working with clients with a variety of challenges including but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma-and- Stressor related disorders, Feeding and eating, Obsessive and Addictive disorders. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, respect, and compassion. I believe that every individual has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth and healing.
