If you’re feeling broken and want to understand why, you’re not alone. I’m a Christian therapist and a woman of faith, and that perspective informs how I show up, NOT how I impose care. My work remains clinically grounded and centered on YOUR goals, values, and lived experiences. Whether faith is central to your healing or not, I create space for you to care for your mental and emotional health without pressure or judgment. I work with children, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and concerns related to sexual identity. Together, we explore what’s driving distress and build tools for real change, focusing on patterns, emotional regulation, confidence, and navigating identity, culture, and relationships so you feel more grounded and empowered.
