I work best with those who feel stuck in painful patterns shaped by trauma, low self-esteem, or complicated relationships with food and body. You may look “high-functioning” on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected or constantly at war with your thoughts. Perhaps you’re tired of self-criticism, shame, or trying to control your body as a way to feel safe. In our work together, you will feel supported, seen, and understood. Sessions are warm and validating, while also gently challenging—because real change requires leaning into discomfort in order to grow. I will support you in building self-trust and confidence.
