As life progresses, we each encounter difficulties that create ripples in our lives. I aim to create a collaborative space in which to discuss the ways in which clients can experience change and feel empowered. Creating a non-judgemental space is crucial to me within the therapeutic environment, so that exploration of self can occur. I have had extensive clinical experience in identity formation, depression, coping, grief, comorbid mental health diagnoses, and anxiety. I enjoy developing a strong alliance with clients in order to facilitate a sense of growth. I enjoy facilitating introspection in ways that feel the most comfortable to clients, whilst developing a greater sense of awareness and collaboratively discovering decisions that will greatly impact the quality of life.
