Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California, Texas, and Florida. I graduated from University of Southern California and have been working in mental health for the past 10 years. I enjoy working with people in all phases of their lives to maximize their well-being and potential in their personal and professional lives. I have specialized training in military culture and concerns and am well-versed in the systems, challenges, and rewards experienced by our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. In our first session together, we'll spend some time on brief housekeeping items and expectations. After that, I will work to get to know you and your goals so we can develop a plan together that helps you on the path to achieving your goals and ultimate wellness.
