I offer clients a safe, supportive place to express their needs and listen with empathy and non-judgmental acceptance. I work collaboratively with clients on their journey toward self-discovery, positive change, and healing. I welcome individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have considerable experience in working with trauma, domestic violence, childhood abuse and neglect, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, co-parenting, reunification, suicide ideation, and low self-esteem.
