Right now, it all just feels like too much—your life, your job, the world. If you're feeling overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. It’s not always easy to put those emotions into words, especially when societal systems make you feel underserved and overlooked. I’m here to support, empower, and advocate for you through those challenges. I provide a safe space for people of color, immigrants, women, and the LGBTQ+ community to be heard, heal, liberate, and transform their lives. Together, we’ll challenge and dismantle barriers so you can embrace a free-thinking mindset and live fully in your truth. I take an inclusive approach, creating a safe space where we can unpack how the world around you impacts how you feel. Together, we’ll explore, challenge, and heal the personal struggles you face while recognizing the bigger systems that contribute to them. My goal is to empower you to navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and self trust.
