In life, I know what it's like to stumble, trip and fall. Brene Brown tells us that "winners are losers who keep getting up" and when things feel scary, we recall Mr. Rogers encouragement to "look for the helpers". Life can feel heavy, the future can feel uncertain and Glennon Doyle reminds us that "we can do hard things". The good news is that we don't have to do it alone. I offer my support and a contemplative practice with over a decade of experiential study and formal training. I take comfort in the perennial nature of mother earth and my greatest teachers are my three wild and beautiful children.
