Life often feels like a series of problems. Sometimes, the sense that we are constrained and consumed by difficulties like depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, chronic illness, life transitions, work stress, and confusion about our life's purpose can leave us feeling depleted, dis-empowered, stuck, and unfulfilled. My role as a therapist is to help clients face difficulties in skillful, creative, and meaningful ways that leave them feeling equal to the circumstances of their lives. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the principles of mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
