Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting clients through life transitions, parenting struggles, ADHD, anxiety, depression and many other concerns. We work together to decide on goals and outcomes so that we can celebrate the time when clients feel equipped and ready to discontinue services. I use CBT, solution-focused and child centered therapy practices. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Spring Arbor University and my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University.
