Hello! As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, with over 10 years of experience, my focus is helping adolescents and young adults (ages 10-24) navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and academic and social pressures, as well as issues with social media influences. I’ve worked with clients in schools, hospitals, and youth detention centers, and facilitate individual and group therapy virtually (and in-person on a limited case-by-case basis). I am dedicated to creating a safe space for my clients to express emotions, process their struggles, and rebuild confidence and resilience.
