I am Charisse C. Fountain, a semi-retired licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of proven experience in providing responsive psychosocial services to adult and geriatric clients of diverse economic, racial, and cultural backgrounds whose lives are impacted by varied behavioral health and/or physical health conditions. Keenly aware of the consequences of unmet psychosocial needs that may impact overall well-being and quality of life, I work diligently with clients seeking to address those factors. I maintain a small caseload to ensure availability to provide comprehensive care as a telehealth therapist based in Florida.
