One of my greatest blessings is a lifetime of service to those in need. It is my mission to facilitate a road map to self-love and actualization. I work with clients on a range of issues and operate from a strength based and empowerment framework. My therapeutic approach varies according to client need. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. I offer a holistic framework of health and wellness through a collaborative approach. Please understand what is done in my office is only a part of the work. The other part is what happens outside of the office.
