My passion is helping others to understand their value and harness their inner strengths. My ideal client is someone who has lost themselves in a relationship. If you have loved someone at the expense of yourself and feel hurt by this, I am here for you. Therapy provides the opportunity to help gain insight into your own needs, to focus on and love yourself, and to regain balance in your relationships. My practice offers services for individual, couples, and family therapy for adolescents (ages 15+) and adults. My experience has been working with those impacted by addiction. I understand the unique needs of individuals and families in these situations and enjoy helping others in their recovery and healing.
