From an early age, I have been deeply drawn to understand the human mind and the intricate ways in which our experiences shape our emotions, behaviors, and sense of self. This passion, combined with a profound desire to help others navigate life's challenges, led me to pursue a career in therapy. My journey in mental health has been shaped by both academic rigor and meaningful hands-on experiences that I am currently gaining. Through my education and clinical work, I have developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the spirit and the power of a safe, empathetic therapeutic relationship.
