Look…I know asking for help with your mental health is a huge task and incredibly anxiety inducing. Sometimes you make the calls and send the emails hoping no one gets back to you so that can be an excuse to put it off further. Sometimes you schedule, and you no-show your appointment. It’s scary, I’ve been there. I like to think I’m not so scary. Let’s keep the intimidation of this task to a minimum, and make things about you and your decision to call or email your first step in your mental health journey. I would like an opportunity to talk and assist you in learning your goals or needs, and then partner in making them happen. Anyone looking to get an understanding of their mental health is welcome. I specialize in failure to thrive young adults needing motivation. I work with victims of trauma by assisting them in a recovery that can build happier, and positive life. I enjoy assisting couples supporting their partner, or each other, through PTSD or C-PTSD recovery.
