Hi there. My name is Charity Olson, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work from a collaborative standpoint with my clients. I enjoy utilizing Cognitive Behavorial therapy as I truly believe that changing the way you look and think about different situations in your life will change your behavior and give you the positive outcomes you seek. I will also work with you on finding practical solutions to problems within your life around depression, anxiety, family stress, difficulty with minor and adult children as well as traumatic events that have taken place within your life.
