Hello, my name is Charity and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. As a trauma-trained therapist, I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, parental issues, life adjustments, PTSD, abuse, attachments, and relationship problems. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing challenges and difficult stressors. Counseling is where you should be allowed to express yourself in a non-judgment atmosphere while being supported, gaining new skills, and learning to make positive changes.
