I came to where I am now after years as a community and labor organizer and understand how challenging it is to try to thrive within society as it currently functions. One of my passions is helping clients improve their connection to the healing power of nature and play. I have seen the positive and humbling impact of the outdoors on countless individuals and groups, especially those who have experienced trauma and oppression, by what it teaches us about being human members of an ecosystem. Let's walk and talk, or play a game! Also, it rains sometimes. And that teaches us something, too!
