Do you feel out of sorts? Do you have thoughts or emotions you're not sure how to navigate? If you feel alone and distressed, yet want to move closer to your true self, therapy is a safe place to do this. I'd love to come alongside you, normalize your experiences, reduce distress, and help you discover, make space for, and embrace your true self. My main experience is treating anxiety, life transitions, grief/loss, ministry/other burnout, spiritual abuse, and past trauma/abuse. I also love integrating Christian faith into therapy when desired. I provide supervision for LGPC's in Maryland as well!
