I know that making the decision to find a person to speak with is an extremely personal and intimate one. Once this decision is made then comes the search to find the "right" person and this may not be an easy task. I want to reassure you that I understand this and strive to create a relaxed and welcoming environment. I feel the development of a trusting and respectful relationship between client and therapist is vital to the therapeutic process and is a primary goal in treatment. We will talk about your goals and how to use them as motivation in therapy. Then create a plan together to achieve them. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My passion is working with people experiencing mood disorders (such as depression and anxiety), struggling with addiction or may be processing a traumatic experience. I am in the office on Mondays and Saturdays.
