Therapy is an opportunity for practicing vulnerability and connection. We have all sorts of reasons for keeping our guard up, staying in our defenses and keeping others at bay. My goal is to help you feel “safe enough” in order to deepen your own experience of self-reflection during our time together. My primary goal as your therapist is to be present and attuned to you during our sessions. I offer active listening and conscious questions to take you further into your own exploration of self.
