Whether it was one major event that you experienced or a lifetime of challenges, you might be wondering, is life supposed to feel like THIS? Shouldn’t it feel somehow better?……happier? Helping you to find your “happier” is my goal. I believe in your limitless capacity for healing, growth and change. I will walk beside you and together we will uncover what has you stuck, how to shift into a new way of thinking, believing, and being and how to find and nurture your “happier”. My education, work history, and life experience have honed the skills needed to treat a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, divorce, single parenting, addictions, mental health wellness, grief and loss, and vocational transitions. I focus on radical self acceptance and self compassion to identify and honor your deep knowing and intuition.
