Years spent operating in survival mode has your body sounding an alarm and even though you recognize the need for boundaries, setting them leads to feeling alone and dejected. You deserve to slow down, connect, and heal – that’s where therapy comes in. I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals, helping you to identify behaviors, distorted thinking patterns, and toxic cycles that may be blocking your better self. I use a holistic, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach, centered on your individual needs.
