As a counselor, I specialize in supporting men who are navigating the complex terrain of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem and relationship issues. With over 6 years of experience in the mental health field, I understand the unique pressures and challenges many men face, often in silence, and I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can begin. I am also an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist in training and can facilitate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help clients heal from distressing traumatic events.
