Is your child or teen struggling to manage emotions, behaviors, anxiety, or ADHD symptoms? Are they dealing with problems at school, such as office referrals, poor grades, or bullying? These are just some of the issues I have worked with, in more than 25 years of experience with youth as a teacher and mental health therapist. Are you finding it overwhelming to cope with your anxiety, ADHD symptoms, or low self-esteem? Do you wish you could take control of your negative thinking instead of it controlling you? I have experience working as a therapist with adults facing these concerns. I know it can be a difficult decision to begin therapy, and I admire you/your child for taking this vital first step. In our first session, we will complete an intake assessment together. This helps me to know what challenges you're facing. Then we will collaborate to create goals you want to work on in therapy, to address and resolve your challenges.
