"Counseling for Life" My goal is to help you overcome the devastation of alcohol and drug addiction. My theoretical orientation is primarily client-centered, blended with Twelve Step and SMART Recovery approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Emotional Behavior Therapy Mindfulness, Mantram Repetiton Program Therapy, and Spirituality.
