Hello, I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am based in Connecticut. I received my Bachelors and Masters from Vanguard University of Southern California. I am newly licensed but practicing since 2012. I help adults in underserved, marginalized areas who are struggling with addiction, trauma, mental health, and racism. Together, we can turn obstacles into opportunities. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, what has brought to the point of seeking help, what are your expectation, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
