I strongly believe that each one of us wanders a unique path. Where it takes us is reliant upon the choices we make. These choices are sometimes clear and sometimes not. Often, we fail to see our options clearly because our road has affected our vision. I believe, as a therapist, that it is my responsibility to help my clients to see, understand and ultimately make the choices that are best for them. I have extensive experience working with co-morbid disorders of Mental Health and Substance Use and feel that there is difficulty when both aren't fully recognized.
