Are you interested in decreasing anxious feelings and improving your mood? Does thinking about issues become confusing rather than helpful? I work with individuals to slow down rapid thoughts and gain a greater sense of control. Clients are able to become more in tune with themselves through their participation inside and outside of counseling sessions. This is a mindfulness approach that taps the inner strengths of each individual to promote healing and growth. In a safe affirming environment, clients learn new perspectives on whatever has troubled them and begin to heal. Clients' input and questions are always welcome.
