As a licensed therapist and committed Christian, I integrate faith-based principles and honor each client’s spiritual values. I provide compassionate support to adults, adolescents facing challenges, couples, and individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and major life transitions As a combat veteran, I understand the unique challenges faced by those who have served, including PTSD and the difficulties of transitioning to civilian life. Using spiritually integrated therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, and positive psychology, I offer a collaborative, client-centered space for healing and growth. I honor the role that spirituality can play in healing and growth, and I’m mindful to integrate it in a way that feels authentic and comfortable for you.
