This practice serves patients who were sexually and physically abused as children and suffering with overwhelming stress and the inability to get unstuck in their current life functioning. I also, serve the civil and criminal justice patients who have court ordered counseling and correctional aftercare. Further I provide civil and criminal assessments for immigration and other Homeland Security patients who have denied petitions and applications due to past criminal histories. I am certified by the California Sex offender Management Board as Independent Practitioner and a CADTP as a Substance Abuse Disorder Practitioner. During civil and criminal proceedings, case negotiations, and alternative sentencing, the potential risk is the most important determination of the probable outcome.
