With over twenty five years of experience in Community Mental Health and ten plus years as a clinician, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. My approach is flexible and personalized because I believe that each individual is unique. I meet clients where they are, tailoring my methods to best support their individual healing journey. My personal and professional journey—rich with both challenges and rewards—has shaped me into the compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable professional I am today. During our first session, we will review your intake forms and complete a biopsychosocial assessment. This will help us determine if we’re a good fit to work together and identify the areas you'd like to focus on.
