You are my main concern and helping you to reach those therapeutic and self-care goals is my primary priority. The normal activities of life have a tendency to take and drain mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical energy from us and I desire to assist you better use that energy. I believe that everyone deals with challenges in life and need support from a caring and competent professional. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator as well as a certified SYMBIS facilitator.
