Life can be difficult. Choices surrounding identity, self-worth and acceptance, relationships/finding connection, and career choice are often painful and confusing. Even with the best of circumstances and family support, we are left with well-meaning advice and our own limited self-understanding to guide choices that will affect the next season of life. I have over a decade of experience in residential treatment and college counseling settings helping clients to examine the past in order to intentionally move toward the future.
