My goal is to assist clients with discovery, understanding, and insight and help them process conflict. I am passionate about helping individuals who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or other difficulties. I strongly desire to help and look forward to assisting you on your journey. I am confident in my ability to partner with you to tackle issues you may be facing. I believe in whole-person wellness and will provide referrals to other disciplines when deemed necessary. Mental well-being is only a small portion of whole-person wellness.
